Fire Rated Labels and Nameplates
You can print your own serialized Fire Rated Labels and Nameplates with
Rippedsheets.com's 101102 Inkjet Printable Aluminum. After you inkjet print
the 101102 Inkjet Printable Aluminum, you must give it two coats of 100410
Clear Protective UV Spray for humidity resistance. In this specific use, you
must mechanically fasten the nameplate to your product, as you cannot get UL
approval using the adhesive and no mechanical fasteners.
A batch of Fire Rated Labels and Nameplates that are subject to UL Type R
and UL Type L approved marking systems can be submitted directly to your
Underwriters Laboratory Representative, not UL Engineering, for UL approval.
