100740 Hot Stamp Laser Foil
Rippedsheets.com makes thermal heat transfer foil, other wise known as hot stamping foil available for desktop laser printers. Colors available are 100740-1 Bright Gold Foil, 100740-2 Bright Silver Foil and 100740-3 Bright Red Foil. These metallic foils offer excellent graphics to labels, paper and tags.

Procedure for applying the foil is as follows:

Print labels, paper or tag with black laser toner for hot stamp laser foil area only. No other graphics should be printed until you get familiar with the system.
Individually cut the 100740 Hot Stamp Laser Foil for each image to be foiled, and stick down with supplied removable adhesive dots.
Run label, paper or tag sheet through printer one more time using a "blank" document to apply heat to the foil so it will transfer to the substrate.
Carefully remove foil from label, paper or tag sheet, leaving the 100740 Hot Stamp Laser Foil image behind.

Paper material is recommended for label, paper and tag materials no more than 5 mils thick and not plastic film. Please Call for thin paper materials that will best fit your application.
