Each 12 " x 18 " sheet has four (4) micro perforated Door Hangers that measure 4.125 " x 11.00 " to 4.5" x 12" depending how you guillotine cut them after printing. There are NO vertical perforations between hangers. Please see 100717-6 for vertical perforations between hangers. Hole is NOT removed but nikked in for printing. Door hangers can also be used as parking permits and bottle hangers.
