Rippedsheets.com CO2 laser materials are designed to withstand vigorous post-mark processing as well as excellent dimensional stability, solvent, abrasion and UV resistance. The 102300-6 is a 2 mil Brushed Gold Polyester Permanent Self Adhesive Label which ablates to a permanent black color with CO2 laser marking. The self adhesive is a high temperature adhesive that prevents ooze that may result from CO2 laser marking.

102300-6 Brushed Gold Label requires relatively low focal power to mark and can be marked at up to 40" per second.

102300-6 Brushed Gold Label will stick to a variety of surfaces including the following surfaces: aluminum, acrylic paint, alkyd enamel, stainless steel, porcelain, maximum temperature 150° C (302° F), minimum temperature -40° C (-40° F); polyester paint, maximum temperature 150° C (302° F), minimum temperature -29° C (-20° F); galvanized steel, maximum temperature 125° C (257° F), minimum temperature -40° C (-40° F); nylon, melamine plastic, polycarbonate, phenolic, maximum temperature 100° C (212° F), minimum temperature -29° C (-20° F); polystyrene, maximum temperature 80° C (176° F), minimum temperature -29° C (-20° F). Suitable where exposed indoors or outdoors to high humidity or occasional exposure to water.
