Product Information

Description:

This durable vinyl material features a special water-based matte topcoat that offers excellent toner anchorage and printability. An aggressive permanent acrylic adhesive with excellent clarity, high initial tack, high shear and ultimate adhesion make it suitable for application to a wide variety of surfaces.  Applied labels will be resistant to water, mild acids, bases, salts, most petroleum based oils, greases and allphatic solvents. The kraft liner gives a controlled release.

Note: For best bonding conditions, application surface should be at or above minimum application temperature. Low temperature surfaces, below +10F can cause the adhesive to become so firm that it will not develop maximum contact with the substrate.  Higher initial bonds can be achieved through increased rubdown pressure.  In order to get a true measure of the adhesive’s effectiveness, the label should be applied and allowed to bond a minimum of 24 hours prior to evaluation.
