Specifications

Description:

This is a top-coated, metalized, brushed silver polyester film label with the high-tech look of brushed stainless steel. Facestock

Metallized, brush stainless polyester film, top-coated for laser printing.

  • Caliper: 2.0 mil

Adhesive:

Clear acrylic adhesive

  • Adhesive Thickness (mils):1.0 - 1.1
  • Adhesion (oz/inch):54 - 71 depending upon substrate
  • Service temperature range: -40°F to 302°F
  • Min. application temp: 50°F

Note: For best bonding conditions, application surface should be at room temper-ature or higher. Low temperature surfaces, below 50°F can cause the adhesive to become so firm that it will not develop maximum contact with the substrate. Higher initial bonds can be achieved through increased rubdown pressure. In order to get a true measure of the adhesive's effectiveness, the label should be applied and allowed to bond a minimum of 24 hours prior to evaluation.

Liner

Two sided, poly coated, lay flat, quick release liner

  • Caliper: 6.9 mils
