100726 Must Be Fed Through Laser Printer with 100110 Carrier Sheet!

This 100726 is designed for B/W desktop laser printers (not Color, see 110726).This material is a white polyester woven fabric that is printable from the bypass tray of small desktop B/W laser printers or copiers on a LABEL setting. To keep 100726 material from jamming printers, it must be fed one at a time through laser printers with the supplied 100110 Carrier Sheet. This is a material that resists tearing from sewing and can be used as clothing or tenting identification tags bearing variable information and/or barcode information. Material is transferred using a hot iron.

Meets AATCC IVA wash test requirements. Ravel proof edges. The heat seal adhesive is applied at 3 mils thickness. Recommended adhesive application conditions are a temperature of 325°F - 375°F, under light pressure for 5 to 10 seconds. The adhesive has excellent bond strength to cottons, poly/cottons, and polyester fabrics, and demonstrates excellent wash and dry cleaning resistance.
