This clear, inkjet-printable film offers a low-cost alternative to professionally printed tattoos often used for parties and special events. Unlike water-transfer decals, this dermatologically-tested material is printed then peeled off the liner and applied directly to the skin like a sticker. Once applied to the skin it comes very close to looking like a "real" tattoo, yet it can be removed any time with soap and water.
