Rippedsheets.com will offer a 100% product refund on any label product where the diecut produced did not match diecut ordered. Incorrectly diecut label orders must be returned within the first 15 days of invoice for a full refund. Partial refunds are available after 15 days. No refunds are given after 30 days of invoice.
Our Original Inkjet cartridges and sprays cannot be returned once opened.
Rippedsheets.com will offer an 80% product refund on any blank label, tag or paper product ordered. All items must be in "as-new" resellable condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards (not filled out), manuals, packaging and accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial &/or complete forfeiture of your credit and a restocking fee. Custom orders are not refundable and stock items ordered are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Rippedsheets.com will not accept any returns shipped freight COD or USPS COD. If you ship items to us, please insure the items to their full value and request proof of delivery. Items must be in original packaging.
Shipping is never refundable. You pay shipping to us on returns.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form
This form is for Warranty & Damage Claims and Returns. You must fill out one of these forms to get an R.M.A. number before you return your merchandise.
If you return any merchandise without approval it will be refused and returned to you.
You will be notified by e-mail or fax within 48 hours. If you do not give us an email or fax you can not be notified about your return.
