Worldwide. Rippedsheets.com insures all packages and has agreed to the terms
of the FedEx Service Guide and Tariff Information (www.fedex.com). Customers are encouraged to become familiar with FedExpolicies, and how they affect Customers when it comes to delivery times, misshipments, bad weather, and other matters.
As a matter of Policy, Rippedsheets.com informs the customer at time of
order the shipping date and estimated arrival date (please see FedEx Service
Guide and Tariff Information for what services are guaranteed and under what
circumstances they are guaranteed). Rippedsheets.com does not remake orders
at Rippedsheets.com expense due to wrong addresses supplied by customers,
misshipments or delays by FedEx.
Rippedsheets.com only uses UPS, USPS, and other shippers when the Customer
requests the service. Customers use other shippers at their own risk.
Rippedsheets.com discourages USPS Mail shipments and the use of other
shippers. If the USPS or other shipper package is lost, it could be up to 30
days before customers receive the package or the package is returned to
Rippedsheets.com. If the package is misshipped by the carrier, lost or
delayed, then the customer has recourse with USPS and other shippers, not
Rippedsheets.com. Customers must be clear that Rippedsheets.com will not
remake an order at no cost to the customer because of USPS or other shippers
failure to deliver.
