Printable materials maker Rippedsheets expands Tag business

BENTON CITY, Washington, February 13, 2006

BENTON CITY based desktop printable materials maker Rippedsheets announced that it has acquired more assets for its printable tag business.

Rippedsheets.com tag business accounts for approximately 15 percent of the Company's total sales in 2005. Their tag business is part of the Company's expanding custom diecut cardstock and waterproof film tag segment. Its products include cardstocks manufactured for use in inkjet and laser printers as well as in-plant print shops that use high-speed copiers.

The assets acquired include certain of Rippedsheets.com diecutting machines that turnaround short run tags in any size and shape with no tooling charge, in most jobs. As a result of the acquiring new die cutters, our goal is to double our tag business in 2006. Rippedsheets.com can die cut 10-1000 sheets of tags in any shape or size within 24 hours.

Rippedsheets.com manufactures and converts laser and inkjet printable materials. In 1997 Rippedsheets.com found an inkjet printable high gloss photo paper, and coated it with self-adhesive to make a high quality inkjet label material.
