Our label and tag materials were specifically developed for laser and inkjet printers, not ALPs thermal transfer printers. Some of our smoother materials have worked in ALPS 5000 printers with spotty results. For example, one customer tried our matte white polyester/permanent for laser and the material broke an ALPs thermal transfer ribbon. She wanted Rippedsheets.com to pay for the ribbon and take the material in return. Another customer wanted the same material and it worked fine in the first order but the second order ALPs image did not adhere to the material.

We offer proven materials for inkjet and laser printers. ALPs printers are thermal transfer printers with several ribbon choices. Rippedsheets.com will offer customers our materials on an AS IS basis, with no warranty or guarantee whatsoever. The customer agree that by ordering materials from Rippedsheets.com, that they will have no recourse with Halldata, Inc dba Rippedsheets.com if the material fails for any reason. No job refunds or job reruns will be offered.
