This is a 3.4mil bright white non-woven polyester fabric, coated for laser printing. The face stock is a flexible, top-coated white nonwoven matte polyester. The clear acrylic adhesive is permanent on many surfaces. It has a minimum application temperature of 10°F and a service temperature range of -40°F or lower to over 300°F (limited to melt temperature of vinyl Facestock 302°F - 446°F), making it very versatile for cold or hot environment usage, such as a heat room or refrigerated warehouse.
This is similar to sailcloth but with a very aggressive permanent adhesive.
We can die cut custom size and shape labels, up to 250 sheets in just 24 hours.

Description:
This durable vinyl material features a special water-based matte topcoat that offers excellent toner anchorage and printability. An aggressive permanent acrylic adhesive with excellent clarity, high initial tack, high shear and ultimate adhesion make it suitable for application to a wide variety of surfaces. Applied labels will be resistant to water, mild acids, bases, salts, most petroleum based oils, greases and aliphatic solvents. The kraft liner gives a controlled release.

Note: For best bonding conditions, application surface should be at or above minimum application temperature. Low temperature surfaces, below +10F can cause the adhesive to become so firm that it will not develop maximum contact with the substrate. Higher initial bonds can be achieved through increased rubdown pressure. In order to get a true measure of the adhesive's effectiveness, the label should be applied and allowed to bond a minimum of 24 hours prior to evaluation.
